隐球菌合并结核颅内感染并发脑耗盐综合征1例

A case of mixed intracranial infection and cerebral salt-wasting syndrome

患者,女,58岁,因反复头痛、头晕1年余收住入院,最终明确诊断为结核性脑膜炎合并隐球菌性脑膜炎并发脑耗盐综合征,经抗结核、抗真菌感染等对症治疗后症状缓解,预后良好。

The patient,a 58-year-old female,was admitted due to repeated headache and dizziness for more than 1 year.Finally,she was diagnosed as tuberculous meningitis combined with cryptococcal meningitis complicated by cerebral salt depletion syndrome.The symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment such as anti-tuberculosis and anti-fungal infection,and had a good prognosis.
