推动现代农业发展是我国建设农业强国的重要抓手。数字经济时代,各类新兴要素与现代农业渐趋融合,不断赋能现代农业发展。基于系统论,把数字赋能现代农业作为一个有机整体,阐释系统内部循环演进、要素叠加、内外耦合等特征内涵,揭示数字技术通过促进要素资源整合、生产方式转变、组织关系重塑、产销精准对接等推动现代农业发展的赋能机理。并提出以增强要素质量、提升产业效率、增强组织能力和产品市场竞争力为重点的持续赋能路径。未来需要围绕要素集聚整合、技术应用激励、组织协同优化、营销推广创新等构建数字赋能现代农业的保障机制。

Promoting the development of modern agriculture is an important means for China to build an agricultural power.In the era of digital economy,various emerging factors are gradually integrating with modern agriculture,and continuously empowering the development of modern agriculture.Based on system theory,the article regards digital empowered to modern agriculture as a whole,explains the characteristics and connotations of internal circulation and evolution,element superposition,internal and external coupling,and reveals the empowerment mechanism of digital technology in promoting the development of modern agriculture through promoting the integration of element resources,transformation of production methods,reshaping of organizational relationships,and precise integration of production and sales.A sustained empowerment path was proposed with a focus on enhancing factor quality,improving industrial efficiency,enhancing organizational capabilities,and enhancing product market competitiveness.In the future,it is necessary to build a guarantee mechanism for digital empowered to modern agriculture around factor aggregation and integration,technology application incentives,organizational collaborative optimization,and marketing promotion innovation.
