摘要
近年来我国高校毕业生就业形势严峻。毕业生在就业过程中遭遇各种侵权和违约行为,预防和解决这些问题的前提是大学生自身掌握一些劳动法的基本知识和基本技能,能运用法治思维和法律方法维护自身的合法权益,因此,高校开展劳动法治教育势在必行。高校实施劳动法治教育的有效路径包括:充实教学内容,丰富教学形式;增加选修课程种类,扩大实践教学的比重;整合校内外师资,打造高水平教学团队。
In recent years,the employment situation for college graduates in China has become increasingly severe.In the employment process,graduates have encountered various cases concerning tort and breach of contract.It is a prerequisite for preventing and solving such problems that the graduates who acquire some basic knowledge of labor law and relevant skills can use law-based thinking and methods to protect their own lawful rights and interests.Therefore,it is essential to conduct law-based labor education by enriching teaching content and diversifying teaching forms,increasing the variety of elective courses and the proportion of practice,and integrating faculty on and off campus to build a high-level teaching team.
