梅毒螺旋体病原学检测方法及研究进展

摘要 传统的梅毒螺旋体检测方法受限于便捷性及敏感性不足,影响了在梅毒早期诊断的应用。随着核酸扩增技术在传染病病原学诊断方面的发展,核酸扩增技术在梅毒诊断的应用越来越广泛,而且可以用于多种临床标本的检测。与此同时,兔子感染试验在梅毒螺旋体鉴定、繁殖、分离方面仍然发挥重要作用。本文概述梅毒螺旋体病原学检测方法及研究进展,以期为临床工作者及相关领域研究人员提供参考。 The traditional methods for Treponema pallidum detection are limited due to the lack of convenience and sensitivity,which affect its application in the early diagnosis of syphilis.With the development of nucleic acid amplification technology in the etiological diagnosis of infectious diseases,this technology is more widely applied in the diagnosis of syphilis and can be used to detect Treponema pallidum in a variety of clinical specimens.At the same time,rabbit infectivity test still plays an important role in the identification,reproduction and isolation of Treponema pallidum.This article provides an overview of the pathogenic detection methods of Treponema pallidum and research progress,aiming to provide reference for clinical workers and researchers in the related fields.
