摘要
为高效治理掘进机截割产生的高浓度粉尘,基于塑性区体积计算,从截齿割煤的源头着手,提出通过改变截齿齿尖角度和截割头旋转速度从源头减少粉尘产生的新方法,设计了以湿式除尘风机为主、控尘风幕和感应式全断面水幕帘为辅的综合降尘方案治理粉尘。结果表明,减小掘进机截齿齿尖角度、降低截割头转速后,呼尘和全尘产生浓度大幅下降,显著性检验结果表明粉尘浓度的变化是显著的;综合降尘措施对呼尘和全尘的降尘率分别为91.3%和95.1%,实现了高效粉尘防治的目标。
To effectively manage high concentration dust generated by roadheader cutting,based on the calculation of plastic zone volume,a new method of reducing dust generation from the source by changing the angle of the pick tooth tip and the rotation speed of the cutting head was proposed,starting from the source of coal cutting with a pick.A comprehensive dust reduction scheme was designed to control dust,mainly using wet dust removal fans,supplemented by dust control air curtains and induction type full section water curtains.The results indicate that after reducing the angle of the pick tooth tip of the roadheader and decreasing the cutting head speed,the concentration of exhaled dust and total dust production decreased significantly.The significance test results showed that the change in dust concentration was significant;the comprehensive dust reduction measures achieved dust reduction rates of 91.3%and 95.1%for exhaled dust and total dust,respectively,achieving the goal of efficient dust prevention and control.
