摘要
介绍了某钢厂150转炉的底吹特点。根据水模试验,本文分析不同布置下底吹强度、不同布置下顶吹强度、不同布置下枪位对混匀时间的影响。最终确定了合理的底吹工艺布置,为双环不对称布置(内环≈0.45 D,外环≈0.55D)。
The characteristics of bottom blowing of 150 t converter in a steel plant are introduced.According to the water model test,the influences of the bottom blowing strength,the top blowing strength and the gun position on the mixing time under different arrangement are analyzed.Finally,the reasonable bottom blowing process arrangement was determined,which was double ring asymmetric arrangement(inner ring≈0.45 D,outer ring≈0.55D).
