摘要
主要对职业院校“岗课赛证”综合育人改革路径进行研究。通过文献研究、个案研究,结合专业发展实践,界定核心概念,分析“岗课赛证”综合育人的重要意义。以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例,探索岗课赛证综合育人的有效路径。
This paper advocates a comprehensive educational reform based on the "Post-Course-Competition-Certificate" integrative mode.In light of systematic study of literature,some typical case study as well as hands-on professional practice, it defines some core concepts and analyzes the significance of this multi-level educational reform.Most importantly,it explores effective approaches to this reform with an example from majors of hotel management and digital operations.
