高等职业教育校企合作协同育人机制研究——基于马鞍山职业技术学院校企合作协同育人调查分析

Research on the Mechanism of Collaborative Education Between Higher Vocational Education Institutions and Enterprises——Survey and Analysis of Collaborative Education between Schools and Enterprises at Ma'anshan Technical College

本文通过问卷调查法,分析了马鞍山职业技术学院校企合作协同育人的现状与挑战。研究发现,观念、政策、规范和机制是校企合作的主要障碍。本文借鉴国际先进经验,提出了一套创新的校企合作机制,并为其他高职院校提供参考。

The paper conducts a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and challenges of school-enterprise cooperative education in Ma'anshan Technical College.It identifies concepts,policies,norms and mechanisms as the primary obstacles to school-enterprise cooperation.Drawing on international advanced experience,the paper proposes an innovative mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation and offers valuable insights for other higher vocational colleges.
