摘要
研究了选区激光熔化(SLM)AlSi10Mg合金工艺参数对组织性能的影响,在不同工艺参数下成形了AlSi10Mg合金试样。结果表明,激光功率350 W是最佳热输入,可以将成形过程中的热毛细对流及表面张力控制在对合金质量最有利的状态。扫描间距为0.09 mm是熔池搭接率最佳的参数,既可以使足够的液相进入重叠区,又可以将重叠区的多次热影响所造成的缺陷降至最低。在激光功率350 W、扫描间距0.09 mm下成形试样的致密度最高(为99.2%),缺陷最少。试样的综合力学性能最好,抗拉强度为495.02 MPa,延伸率为9.675%,显微硬度为135.67 HV。
It was investigated that the effect of process parameters on the structure property of selected laser melting(SLM)AlSi10Mg,and AlSi10Mg samples were formed under different process parameters.The results indicated that the laser power of 350 W was the optimal heat input,which could control the thermal capillary convection and surface tension during the forming process in the most favorable stat for alloy quality.The scanning interval of 0.09 mm was the optimal parameter for the overlap rate of the molten pool,which could not only allow sufficient liquid phase to enter the overlap zone,but also minimize the defects caused by multiple thermal effects in the overlap zone.At a laser power of 350 W and a scanning distance of 0.09 mm,the density of the formed sample was the highest(99.2%)with the least defects.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the sample were the best with the tensile strength 495.02 MPa,the elongation 9.675%,and the microhardness 135.67 HV.
