摘要
随着科技的飞速发展,新材料的研究与应用日益成为推动社会进步的重要力量。与此同时,相关领域对广泛采用的各种新型功能高分子纳米材料产品的产品性能要求越来越高。作为一种新型二维材料,石墨烯因具有优异的导电性、热导率、透光率、力学强度等特性而被广泛应用。文章在综合分析国内外众多学者研究成果的基础上,梳理了石墨烯的基本性质与结构特点,总结了石墨烯的制备方法以及各种方法的优缺点及适用范围,并对其在电子信息、航空航天、光电子技术、绿色能源、生物医药等领域的应用前景进行了展望。
With the rapid advancement of technology,the research and application of new materials have increasingly become a vital force driving social progress.At the same time,the related fields have put forward increasingly high requirement on the performance of various new functional polymer nanomaterials widely used.As a new two-dimensional material,graphene is extensively applied due to its excellent conductivity,thermal conductivity,transmittance,mechanical strength and other characteristics.Hence,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the research findings of numerous scholars at home and abroad,this article summarizes the properties and structural characteristics of graphene,explores its preparation methods as well as the merits,drawbacks,and applicability of various methods.In the end,its application prospects in fields such as electronic information,aerospace,optoelectronics,green energy,and biomedicine are expounded.
