基于声发射断层总面积和b值的钢筋混凝土梁损伤表征

摘要 为研究钢筋混凝土构件破坏过程中的声发射特性,对钢筋混凝土梁进行四点弯曲加载破坏试验,利用声发射技术对破坏过程进行监测。为综合考虑声发射信号的事件数、幅度和能量等因素所反映的损伤特性,引用地震学领域的断层总面积理论与声发射b值理论进行联合表征。断层总面积反映事件数和能量的关系,声发射b值反映事件数和幅度的关系,两者的结合可以更好地反映钢筋混凝土梁的破坏规律。实验表明,该损伤表征方法可进一步提升对混凝土结构损伤预警识别的精准性,从而在实际工程运用声发射技术进行损伤识别和预警提出合理的声发射信号监测方法。 In order to study the acoustic emission characteristics of reinforced concrete members in the failure process,the four-point bending loading failure test of reinforced concrete beams was carried out,and the failure process was monitored by acoustic emission technique.To comprehensively consider the damage characteristics reflected by the number of events,amplitude and energy of acoustic emission signals,the total fault area theory and acoustic emission b-value theory in seismology field are cited for joint characterization.The total fault area reflects the relationship between the number of events and energy.The acoustic emission bvalue reflects the relationship between the number of events and amplitude.The combination of the two can better reflect the failure law of reinforced concrete beams.The experiment shows that the damage characterization method can further improve the accuracy of damage early warning and identification of concrete structures,so as to put forward a reasonable acoustic emission signal monitoring method for the damage identification and early warning by using acoustic emission technique in practical engineering.
