摘要
“农户+公司”型订单农业是我国农业供应链的重要模式,为提高订单农业模式中农产品质量安全的可追溯性,搭建了引入区块链技术的订单农业框架。构建了农户、公司和政府的三方演化博弈模型,对各主体博弈行为及演化稳定策略进行分析,进一步讨论了不同场景下基于区块链技术的供应链成员最优追溯策略。研究发现:在区块链技术投入的三个阶段中,农户和公司的演化稳定策略行为受可追溯成本、搭便车行为和政府奖惩影响发生变化;政府应通过建立有效的奖惩机制,鼓励订单农业供应链主体建立区块链可追溯平台,并创建一个透明高效的数据驱动农产品供应链。对加快实施基于区块链的可追溯系统,推动可持续农业供应链发展具有一定启示。
"Farmer+company"type order agriculture is an important model of China's agricultural supply chain,in order to improve the quality,safety and traceability of agricultural products in the order agriculture model,an order agriculture framework introducing blockchain technology has been built.A tripartite evolutionary game model of farmers,companies and governments is constructed,the game behavior and evolutionary stability strategies of each subject are analyzed,and the optimal traceability strategies of supply chain members based on blockchain technology in different scenarios are further discussed.It is found that in the three stages of blockchain technology investment,the evolutionary stability strategy behavior of farmers and companies is affected by traceable costs,free rider behavior,and government rewards and punishments.The government should encourage order-based agricultural supply chain entities to establish a blockchain traceability platform by establishing an effective reward and punishment mechanism,and create a transparent and efficient data-driven agricultural product supply chain.It has certain implications for accelerating the implementation of blockchain-based traceability systems and promoting the development of sustainable agricultural supply chains.
