智慧物流的大力发展对物流人才提出了新的要求,高职院校作为现代物流人才的重要培养阵地之一,在物流人才培养方面必须跟上时代发展的步伐,按照智慧物流时代社会对物流人才的新要求、新标准,改革人才培养模式,重构课程体系,以培养出适应当今社会要求的智慧物流人才,破解物流教育供需异位问题。文章在分析了智慧物流背景下物流行业呈现的特点后,结合本校“1+2+3”课程体系实践探索智慧物流背景下高职现代物流管理专业重构课程体系的具体路径。

The vigorous development of smart logistics puts forward new requirements for logistics talents.As one of the important training bases for modern logistics talents,higher vocational colleges must keep up with the pace of development of the times in logistics talents training.According to the new requirements and standards for logistics talents in the era of smart logistics,which is necessary to reform the talent training model and reconstruct the curriculum system to cultivate smart logistics talents that meet the requirements of today's society,and solve the problems that existed in current logistics education.After analyzing the characteristics of the logistics industry under the background of smart logistics,this article explores the specific path of reconstructing the curriculum system of modern logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of smart logistics,combined with the practice of the"1+2+3"curriculum system of our college.
