动车组钥匙智能管理柜

摘要 针对动车组机械师向管理员申领归还动车组钥匙时,人工登记效率低且极易发生钥匙错误或所在位置不清等问题,设计了动车组钥匙智能管理柜,通过数智宁铁动车综合管理信息系统获取每日动车组运行交路及时刻表,机械师“刷脸”即可校验并领用钥匙,上级部门可随时查看领用情况,极大提高了生产效率、准确率和管理水平。钥匙智能管理柜在可靠性和拓展性方面也有重大创新,配备了停电依然保留显示内容的电子墨水屏,采用电子、机械双重开门方式等安全保障手段;外形采用九宫格设计,即一组钥匙柜有九个储物格,可根据实际需求配备若干组钥匙柜组合使用;创新性的互联接口,钥匙柜之间无论是竖直方向堆叠或水平方向放置依然牢固可靠、通信顺畅。经实际应用反馈,钥匙智能管理柜很好地解决了目前动车组钥匙管理中存在的诸多问题。 In view of the low efficiency of manual registration and the high possibility of key error or unclear location when the train set mechanic applies for the return of the train set key to the administrator,the intelligent management cabinet for the EMU train keys is designed,which can obtain the daily train set operation routes and timetable through the Digital Intelligence Nanning Railway Train Management Information Sys⁃tem,and the mechanic can verify and claim the key by face swiping,and the superior department can check the claiming situation at any time,which greatly improves the production efficiency,accuracy and management level.The intelligent management cabinet also has significant innovation in reliability and ex⁃pandability,equipped with power outage still retains the display content of the electronic ink screen,the use of electronic and mechanical door opening methods for double safety and other means of security;the shape of the nine-grid design,that is,a group of key cabinets have nine storage compartments,accord⁃ing to the actual needs of a number of key cabinets equipped with a number of combinations of key cabi⁃nets to use;innovative interconnection interface between the key cabinets,whether they are stacked or placed horizontally in the vertical direction is still strong.Innovative interconnection interface,whether the cabinets are stacked vertically or placed horizontally,they are still firm and reliable,and communi⁃cation is smooth.After the feedback of practical application,the intelligent management cabinet for the EMU train keys has well solved many problems existing in the key management of train sets.
