驼峰停车器状态监测系统软件设计

摘要 铁路编组场停车器是对溜放车组进行制动、减速、停车的重要设备。目前对停车器检维修主要依靠作业人员到现场进行人工测量,以及油缸等设备周期性的入所修。为提高劳动效率和检修质量,设计驼峰停车器状态监测系统实现对停车器状态的实时评估,通过系统软件设计对前端设备的位移、液压等数据采集与处理,实现对停车器液压站的液位、制动轨的间距、制动轨的磨损情况进行实时监测。 The railway marshalling yard stopping device is an important equipment for braking,decelerating and stopping the rolling train set.At present,the inspection and maintenance of the stopping device mainly re⁃ly on the operators to go to the site for manual measurement,as well as the periodic overhaul of oil cylin⁃ders and other equipment.In order to improve labor efficiency and maintenance quality,a hump stopping devices status monitoring system is designed to realize real-time evaluation of the stopping device condi⁃tion.Through the system software design,the displacement,hydraulic pressure and other data of the front-end equipment are collected and processed to realize real-time monitoring of the liquid level of the hydraulic station,the spacing of the brake rail,and the wear condition of the brake rail.
