摘要
研究了通用聚苯乙烯冲击强度的改进方法,使含苯乙烯单体与四官能度过氧化物引发剂的物料在串联的第一预反应釜、第二预反应釜和主反应器中进行反应的方式;其中,所述四官能度过氧化物引发剂为2,2-二(4,4-二(叔丁基过氧化)环己基)丙烷。采用本研究方案制备获得的通用聚苯乙烯,在冲击性能大幅改进的同时,保持较佳的分子量和加工性能,其重均分子量≥320000g/mol,分子量分布≥2.7,无缺口冲击强度≥20kJ/m~2。
A method for improving the impact strength of universal polystyrene was studied,which involves reacting materials containing styrene monomers and four functional peroxide initiators in a series of first,second,and main reactors;Among them,the four functional peroxide initiator is 2,2-di(4,4-di(tert butylperoxide)cyclohexyl)propane.The universal polystyrene prepared by the method of the present invention maintains good molecular weight and processing performance while significantly improving its impact performance.Its weight average molecular weight is≥320000 g/mol,molecular weight distribution is≥2.7,and notch free impact strength is≥20 kJ/m2.
