天然气输送管道作为现代能源供应体系的关键组成部分,其安全稳定运行对于保障能源安全、促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。然而,天然气输送管道面临着多种风险因素的挑战,这些风险可能来源于自然环境、人为活动、设备老化、管理疏忽等多个方面,风险评价是对天然气输送管道面临的各种风险进行系统性识别、分析和评估的过程,其目的是识别出可能对管道安全造成威胁的因素,评估其发生的可能性和可能造成的损失,进而制定相应的风险应对措施。

Natural gas transmission pipelines,as a key component of modern energy supply systems,have significant importance in ensuring energy security and promoting economic and social development through their safe and stable operation.However,natural gas transmission pipelines face challenges from various risk factors,which may come from various aspects such as natural environment,human activities,equipment aging,and management negligence.Risk assessment is the process of systematically identifying,analyzing,and evaluating various risks faced by natural gas transmission pipelines.Its purpose is to identify factors that may pose a threat to pipeline safety,evaluate their likelihood of occurrence and potential losses,and then develop corresponding risk response measures.
