1株兔源A型产气荚膜梭菌毒力和免疫原性测定

摘要 在兔场中发现一只疑似感染了产气荚膜梭菌病兔,从该兔的病理组织中分离到1株兔源产气荚膜梭菌,对分离株进行血清学分型。毒力以及免疫原性检测。结果表明:该分离株血清型为A型,该分离株肉肝胃酶消化汤培养液的无菌毒素对小鼠和家兔均有毒力、对小白鼠的最小致死量为0.05 m L/只,对家兔的最小致死量为1.5 m L/只。按《中华人民共和国兽用生物制品规程》(以下简《规程》)方法制备疫苗进行效力检验,免疫保护率不低于80%。
