本钢板材炼钢厂脱磷效率的研究

摘要 脱磷是炼钢过程的重要任务之一,铁水的含磷量因铁矿原料条件的不同而异,因此研究脱磷和提高脱磷效率的任务重之又重。对本钢炼钢厂2021-2022年的所有炉次的相关数据进行汇总分析,主要研究渣中CaO、MgO与铁水硅数比值、终点碳含量、终点温度、供氧流量等与脱磷效率的关系,结合本钢板材炼钢厂的生产实际,提出工艺和操作的改进措施,提高磷的分配比,从而提高整体的脱磷水平。 The dephosphorization is one of the most important steelmaking processes,the phosphorus content of hot metal is different,so the study on dephosphorization and improving the efficiency of dephosphorization is especially important.This paper summarized and analyzed the relevant data of all the heats of Bensteel sheet steelmaking plant from 2021 to 2022,mainly studied the factors related to dephosphorization efficiency,including the ratio of CaO,MgO,the endpoint carbon content,the endpoint temperature,the oxygen supply flow.Combined with the actual production of Bensteel sheet steelmaking plant,improvement measured on technology and operations were concluded to improve the whole level of dephosphorization.
