摘要
对宣钢球团湿法脱硫浆液制备方法和设备存在的不足进行了说明,通过研究创新性改进工艺设备,消除了制浆罐内排浆口堵塞、断流现象、罐底沉淀现象,大大提高了脱硫供浆系统能力,保证了入口二氧化硫浓度升高时及时充足补浆,稳定了工艺操作,避免因供浆不及时而产生烟气二氧化硫排放浓度超标现象。新技术的实施稳定了生产,达到了完善、弥补工艺缺陷的目的。
This article explains the shortcomings of the preparation method and equipment for wet desulfurization slurry in Xuangang steel pellets.Through innovative research and improvement of the process equipment,the blockage,flow interruption,and sedimentation at the bottom of the slurry tank have been eliminated,greatly improving the capacity of the desulfurization slurry supply system.It ensures timely and sufficient slurry replenishment when the inlet sulfur dioxide concentration increases,stabilizes the process operation,and avoids the phenomenon of excessive sulfur dioxide emission concentration in flue gas due to untimely slurry supply.The implementation of new technologies has stabilized production and achieved the goal of improving and compensating for process defects.
