一种智能断路器复位重启系统自检测方法

摘要 文章涉及电力系统中低压智能断路器,其主要用于400 V电压等级的配电网络,该方法包括向多台智能断路器发送复位功能关闭指令,对各智能断路器进行全功能测试,得到测试结果,基于测试结果,对智能断路器的运行程序进行仿真,查找死机原因,并修复智能断路器的运行程序。其次用每个功能单独开启的方式结合模拟死机方法来验证复位重启系统的每一项功能的有效性,这样可最大限度减少和避免MCU因BUG死机或复位系统失效导致死机的现象,保证设备长期稳定运行。 This paper relates to a low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker in the power system,which is mainly used in the distribution network with a voltage level of 400 V.The method comprises the following steps:sending a reset function closing instruction to a plurality of intelligent circuit breakers;Perform a full-function test on each intelligent circuit breaker to obtain a test result;The test results include the intelligent circuit breaker whose running program crashed during the full-function test and the position where the running program of the intelligent circuit breaker crashed;Based on the test results,the running program of intelligent circuit breaker is simulated,the cause of the crash is found,and the running program of intelligent circuit breaker is repaired.Secondly,the effectiveness of each function of the reset and restart system is verified by combining the method of opening each function separately with the method of simulating the crash.This can minimize and avoid the phenomenon of MCU crash caused by BUG crash or reset system failure,and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
