抑郁障碍中反刍思维的研究进展

摘要 抑郁障碍是一种常见的精神疾病,严重危害人类的健康。反刍思维是抑郁障碍的重要病理表现,被定义为个体持续、被动地聚焦于负性的自我相关信息,并加剧和延长消极情感状态,更高水平的反刍思维预示着更严重的抑郁症状。本文就抑郁障碍中反刍思维的神经心理机制和干预治疗方法进行综述,未来研究应进一步探究反刍思维脑功能网络的结构基础,并致力于深入研究反刍思维的神经心理机制及评估抑郁障碍反刍思维的干预疗效和影响。
