西咪替丁在皮肤科门诊的使用情况分析

Analysis of the use of cimetidine in the outpatient department of dermatology

目的探究南通瑞慈医院西咪替丁在皮肤科门诊中的使用情况,从而提高西咪替丁合理用药水平。方法选择南通瑞慈医院2021年7月~2022年6月西咪替丁的使用数据,并对其进行处方分析。结果该院近1年西咪替丁使用量为18400片,用药频度DDDs为383.33。结论临床开具西咪替丁要注意合理用药,减少不良反应的发生,使用药更加安全。

Objective Explore the use of cimetidine in the outpatient department of dermatology in Nantong Rici Hospital,so as to improve the level of rational drug use of cmetidine.Methods The use data of cimetidine from July 2021 to June 2022 in Nantong Rici Hospital were selected and analyzed for prescription.Results The last one year of cimetidine used in this hospital was 18400 tablets,and the frequency of medication with DDDs was 383.33.Conclusion Clinical administration of cimetidine should pay attention to rational drug use to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve drug safety.
