建筑主体结构现场施工质量管理技术研究

在对建筑现场施工质量进行管理的过程中,由于缺乏对不同阶段管理重点的划分,导致施工质量与设计要求存在一定的偏差,为此,提出建筑主体结构现场施工质量管理技术研究。在建筑主体结构施工前的准备阶段,将施工机械设备的质量管理作为重点,在确保参与施工的设备满足相应的施工标准后,对其具体的质量情况进行记录,并归档备案管理,将其作为后续项目施工过程中机械设备质量控制的执行基础;在建筑主体结构施工阶段,将人员质量管理,以及施工材料质量作为重点,通过开展技术能力培训、质量意识培训以及质量事故处理培训,最大限度降低由于主观倾向所带来的项目质量问题,并对材料的整个流转过程进行精准控制,避免由于施工材料引起的施工质量异常情况。在实际应用结果中,施工质量达到了建筑项目的构成要求、物理环境要求、抗震构造要求以及屋面工程要求。

In the process of construction site construction quality management,due to the lack of different stages of management focus division,leading to construction quality and design requirements there is a certain deviation;therefore,the main structure of the building site construction quality management technology research.In the preparation stage before the construction of the main structure of the building,the quality management of construction machinery and equipment as the focus,after ensuring that the equipment to participate in the construction to meet the corresponding construction standards,the specific quality of the record,and archival management,will be used as the implementation of mechanical equipment quality control in the subsequent project construction process;in the construction stage of the main structure of the building,personnel quality management and construction material quality should be taken as the focus,technical ability training,quality awareness training and quality accident handling training should be carried out to minimize the project quality problems caused by subjective tendency,and the whole process of material circulation should be accurately controlled,avoid abnormal construction quality caused by construction material.In the practical application results,the construction quality has met the requirements of construction project composition,physical environment,foundation resistance structure and roof engineering.
