摘要
工业与民用建筑现浇框架-剪力墙结构中,地下室外墙水平施工缝处常规采用连续预埋止水钢板进行防水处理,当其与剪力墙边缘构件或者框架柱交叉时,止水钢板在高度范围内与墙、柱箍筋存在碰撞,无法按照设计要求布设。针对止水钢板与墙、柱箍筋交叉碰撞构造各种传统处理方法存在的不足,创新采用一种装配式箍筋体系实现地下室外墙止水钢板免焊接安装,集免截箍筋、免伤主筋、免钻免焊止水钢板等多功能于一体,替代箍筋穿焊、断筋点焊、外侧补强等传统工艺,防止因箍筋截断导致的现浇构件受力性能降低,消除因焊伤对止水钢板造成的渗漏隐患,同时保证墙、柱箍筋的连续性及止水钢板的防水性,显著提高现浇结构实体质量及地下室外墙施工缝防水抗渗效果。
In the cast-in-place frame-shear wall structure of industrial and civil buildings,the horizontal construction joint of the basement exterior wall is usually treated with continuous embedded waterstop steel plate for waterproofing.When it intersects with the shear wall edge members or frame columns,the waterstop steel plate collides with the wall and column stirrups within the height range,and cannot be arranged according to the design requirements.In view of the shortcomings of various traditional treatment methods for the cross collision between the waterstop steel plate and the wall and column stirrups,a prefabricated stirrup system is innovatively adopted to replace the traditional process of stirrup penetration welding,broken bar spot welding,external reinforcement,etc.,to realize the weld-free installation of the basement outer wall waterstop steel plate,to prevent the cutting of the wall and column stirrups from reducing the stress performance of the cast-in-place components,to eliminate the potential leakage caused by welding damage to the waterstop steel plate,and to ensure that the wall The continuity of the column stirrup and the waterproof of the water-stop steel plate can improve the quality of the cast-in-place structure and the impermeability effect of the underground waterproof structure.
