Brief Analysis of Common Problems and Countermeasures of Fire Protection Acceptance in Construction Projects

消防验收工作与广大人民群众生命财产息息相关,也是建设工程投入使用前的最后一道“防火墙”,是全面性、综合性、系统性检验和评价消防工程的手段,足以证明其重要性和特殊性。但若源头设计、过程施工及调试、检测层层失守,问题叠加,最后在消防验收环节集中爆发,消防验收工作也将成为矛盾最突出的环节。笔者通过日常的工作实践积累,就消防验收中常见问题提出相应对策与建议,以供参考。

Fire protection acceptance work is closely related to the lives and property of the general public.It is also the last“firewall”before construction projects are put into use.It is a comprehensive,comprehensive and systematic means of testing and evaluating fire protection projects,which is enough to prove its importance and particularity.However,if the source design,process construction,commissioning,and testing are lost layer by layer,the problems are superimposed,and finally the fire protection acceptance process breaks out in a centralized manner,and the fire protection acceptance work will also become the most contradictory link.Through the accumulation of daily work practice,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on common problems in fire protection acceptance for reference.
