摘要
该文通过监控方法和计算理论2个方面对大跨度斜拉桥中跨合龙技术进行研究。在监控方法方面,利用多数据融合理论形成实时监控的智能化监控系统,对中跨合龙的传感器类型及布置进行研究,提出一种常用的布置方法。在计算理论方面,将合龙调平过程公式化,使决策过程减少人为判断;对合龙段配切长度的计算过程数学化,简化计算过程。最后通过某跨海大桥工程实例,验证该方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法现场可实施性高,误差满足工程实际要求,提高中跨合龙的施工效率。
In this paper,the mid-span closure technology of long-span cable-stayed bridge is studied from two aspects:monitoring method and calculation theory.In terms of monitoring methods,an intelligent monitoring system for real-time monitoring is formed by using multi-data fusion theory.The sensor type and arrangement of mid-span closure are studied,and a common arrangement method is proposed.In the aspect of calculation theory,the leveling process of closure is formulated,which reduces the artificial judgment in the decision-making process,and the calculation process of matching and cutting length of closure section is mathematically simplified.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by an engineering example of a sea-crossing bridge.The results show that the method has high field implementability,the error meets the practical requirements of the project,and the construction efficiency of mid-span closure is improved.
