摘要
将变频控制与智能控制相结合,对煤矿辅助运输设备提升机的智能调速系统进行设计。介绍了调速原理,分析了硬件设计,并给出了智能调速流程。实际应用表明,所设计的智能调速系统能够显著提高煤矿提升机的运行平稳性,并降低煤矿提升机运行过程中的能耗。
The intelligent speed regulation system of the coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment hoist was designed by combining frequency conversion control with intelligent control.The principle of speed regulation was introduced,the hardware design was analyzed,and the intelligent speed regulation process was given.The practical application shows that the designed intelligent speed regulation system can significantly improve the operation stability of the coal mine hoist and reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the coal mine hoist.
