摘要
流钻螺钉工艺主要应用于空间狭小、封闭管腔等只能单边可达的铝型材、铝铸件部位。汽车行业主要采用的吹钉式流钻螺钉铆接设备受送钉管限制,存在可达性差、节拍慢等不足。传统弹夹式流钻螺钉铆接设备一套只能使用一种规格的螺钉,每增加一种规格螺钉,需要额外增加一台机器人和一套设备,设备利用率低,投资成本高。对此,提出兼容多规格螺钉的高柔性弹夹式流钻螺钉铆接系统,解决了吹钉式流钻螺钉铆接设备和传统弹夹式流钻螺钉铆接设备存在的问题,满足柔性、高效的生产需求。介绍了高柔性弹夹式流钻螺钉铆接系统的组成、原理和特点,分析了系统中的拧紧枪和充钉站。
The flow drilling screw process is mainly used in aluminum profile and aluminum casting positions that can only be reached from one side,such as narrow space and closed cavity.The blow-nail type flow drill screw riveting equipment mainly used in automobile industry is limited by nailing pipe,and has shortcomings such as poor accessibility and slow beat.A set of traditional clip-type flow drill screw riveting equipment can only use one specification screw.For each additional specification screw,a robot and a set of equipment are required to be added,resulting in low equipment utilization and high investment cost.In response to this problem,a highly flexible clip-type flow dril screw riveting system compatible with screws of multiple specifications was proposed,which solved the problem existing in the blow-nail type flow drill screw riveting equipment and the traditional clip-type flow drill screw riveting equipment,and met the flexible and efficient production needs.The composition,principle and characteristic of the highly flexible clip-type flow drill screw riveting system were introduced,and the tightening gun and nail filling station in the system were analyzed.
