深部强动压巷道底鼓控制机理及技术研究 被引量:1

Study on the mechanism and technology of floor heave control of deep roadway with strong mining pressure

摘要 在深部强烈采动应力作用下,巷道底板变形控制难度极大。针对深部巷道底鼓控制难题,以1103盘区大巷为研究背景,采用理论分析、实验室试验、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,研究深部强动压巷道底鼓控制机理及控制技术。结果表明:围岩强度低、采动应力高、支护⁃围岩关系不耦合是造成底鼓的主要原因,巷道底角出现大面积塑性破坏,底角是底板控制的关键部位;提出以“适度卸压”和“强化支护”为核心的底鼓控制技术,即采用“底角开槽”适度卸压与“卸压槽浇筑强化、锚索束强力支护、分层高效注浆和强韧筑层封闭硬化”多层次耦合加固技术,形成与底板应力及变形相适应的多层次卸固耦合强力承载结构,有效控制底板的变形和破坏;确定底板卸固耦合控制技术参数,并在深部强动压巷道底鼓治理中得到成功应用。 It is difficult to control roadway floor under strong mining pressure in deep mine.Taken 1103 panel roadway as the research background,the mechanism and technology of floor heave control of deep roadway with strong mining pressure is studied with theoretical analysis,laboratory test numerical simula⁃tion and field test in order to solve the problems of floor heave control in deep roadway.The results show that the main reasons for floor heave are low strength of surrounding rock,high mining stress and un⁃coupling relationship between support and surrounding rock.The bottom angle is the key to floor control.The theory and technical system concentrating on pressure relief and strengthening support is proposed.Moderate release of floor stress by slotting at bottom angle and the multi⁃level coupling reinforcement technology of pouring backfill pressure relief groove,strong support of cable bundle,layered high⁃effi⁃ciency grouting and strong⁃tough layer sealing and hardening are adopted to form a multi⁃level pressure relief and strengthening coupling strong bearing structure suitable for floor stress and deformation,which can effectively control the deformation and failure of floor.The technical parameters of floor pressure re⁃lief and strengthening coupling control are determined and successfully applied to the floor heave control of deep roadway with strong mining pressure.
