摘要
针对风力发电出力场景分析存在连续场景捕捉困难的问题,提出了视频分割下风力发电出力数据采集与特性分析方法。首先,搭建风力发电出力场景采集平台,以采集风力发电出力场景的视频数据。然后,对视频场景进行分割,并以镜头分割结果为基础,对后向镜头一致特征进行计算。接着,通过改进基于图像特征变化的关键帧提取算法提取风力发电出力场景关键帧,并分析风力发电出力场景。最后,采用具体实例进行性能测试。测试结果表明,该方法能够获得被研究地区当年夏季和冬季的日、月出力场景特性。该方法具有较好的性能。
Aiming at the problem of continuous scene capture difficulty in wind power output scene analysis, a method of acquisition and characterization analysis of wind power output data under video segmentation is proposed.Firstly, a wind power output scene acquisition platform is built to collect video data of wind power output scene.Then, the video scene is segmented, and the backward lens consistent features are calculated based on the lens segmentation results.Then, key frames of the wind power output scene are extracted by improving the key frame extraction algorithm based on image feature changes, and the wind power output scene is analyzed.Finally, specific examples are used for performance testing.The test results show that the method can obtain the daily and monthly power output scene characteristics in summer and winter of the studied area in the year.The method has good performance.
