微细粒高碳铜铅混合精矿环保高效分离试验研究

Experimental Study on Environmental Protection and Efficient Separation of Copper-Lead Mixed Concentrate with Fine-Grained High-Carbon

摘要 黄沙坪铅锌矿原矿石中伴生铜含量为0.09%~0.25%,选厂生产的铜铅混合精矿含Cu 1.0%~1.8%、含Pb 55%~68%。混合精矿中有机碳含量较高,且粒度较细,易浮难抑,同时吸附大量药剂,采用常规的铜铅分离工艺和浮选药剂无法进行有效的分选。针对该矿石特点,采用“搅拌脱药-沉降脱泥(碳)-抑铅浮铜”的工艺流程和环保高效铅抑制剂CK-DQ,工业试验累计获得铜品位为25.70%、铜回收率为64.52%的铜精矿和铅品位为66.44%、铅回收率为99.63%的铅精矿,实现了低铜高碳铜铅混合精矿的无铬无氰高效分离。 The associated copper content in the raw ore of Huangshaping lead-zinc mine is 0.09%-0.25%.The copper-lead mixed concentrate produced by the beneficiation plant contains Cu 1.0%-1.8%and Pb 55%-68%.The organic carbon content in the mixed concentrate is high,and the particle size is fine,which causes it is easy to float but difficult to suppress.At the same time,a large amount of reagents should be consumed,and conventional copper lead separation processes and flotation reagents cannot effectively separate them.Based on the characteristics of the ore,a process flow of"stirring and demedicating-settling and desliming(carbon)suppressing lead and floating copper"was proposed and an environmentally protection and efficient lead inhibitor CK-DQ was adopted.Through industrial trials,copper concentrate with copper grade of 25.70%and copper recovery rate of 64.52%and lead concentrate with lead grade of 66.44%and lead recovery rate of 99.63%were obtained,achieving efficient separation of low copper and high-carbon copper-lead mixed concentrates without chromium and cyanide.
