钛/钢异种金属混合连接界面组织和性能研究

Study on Microstructure and Properties of Titanium/Steel Hybrid Bonding Interface

摘要 针对钛/钢异种金属连接难点,采用钛合金粉末和船用钢,通过表面结构设计和粉末冶金技术,实现了钛/钢冶金连接+机械连接的混合连接界面结构。结果表明:钛/钢混合连接界面100%结合,Fe元素和Ti元素相互扩散,形成了冶金结合,在机械结合的共同作用下,混合连接接头的抗拉强度达到449 MPa,剪切强度达到299 MPa,冲击吸收能量达到31 J。研究成果可满足高强度钛合金与钢复合、提升连接界面冲击韧性以及在曲面结构应用等钛/钢焊接需求。 Aiming at the difficulty of titanium/steel dissimilar metal connection,the titanium and steel are jointed through metallurgical and mechanical connection by surface structure design and powder metallurgy technology with the titanium alloy powders and marine steel.It is found out that the interface of titanium/steel hybrid joint is 100% bonded.The inter-diffusion of Fe and Ti elements helps to form the metallurgical bonding,and combining with the mechanical bonding,the tensile strength of the hybrid joint reaches 449 MPa,the shear strength reaches 299 MPa,and the impact energy reaches 31 J.The research results can meet the needs of titanium/steel welding such as realizing the joint of high-strength titanium alloy and steel,improving the impact toughness of the connection interface,and facilitating the application of titanium/steel joint in the curved surface structures.
