摘要
目的调查分析基层医院肿瘤患者营养风险及干预情况,为实施临床营养宣教和规范肿瘤营养治疗提供参考。方法选取2019年12月至2021年4月期间首次到我院肿瘤科住院的患者为研究对象,使用营养风险筛查工具NRS 2002进行营养风险筛查,比较不同营养风险患者的各项资料,并调查营养干预情况。结果此次调查共纳入400例患者,营养风险发生率为50%,年龄、患病部位等不同类型患者的发生率有显著性差异,影响贫血及低蛋白血症的发生率、住院时长及总费用,对存在营养风险患者的营养干预率为79%。结论基层医院肿瘤患者存在较高营养风险发生率,营养干预普遍存在不合理情况,建立健全营养风险筛查制度非常重要,迫切需要针对性地进行营养教育。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the nutritional risk and intervention of cancer patients in primary hospitals,and to provide reference for the implementation of clinical nutrition education and the standardization of cancer nutrition treatment.METHODS Patients who were hospitalized for the first time in the oncology department of our hospital from December 2019 to April 2021 were selected to conduct nutritional risk screening using NRS 2002,compare various data of patients with different nutritional risks,and investigate the nutritional intervention.RESULTS A total of 400 patients were included in this survey.The incidence of nutritional risk was 50%,which affected the incidence of anemia and hypoproteinemia,as well as the length of hospital stay and total cost.There were significant differences in the incidence of different types of patients,such as age and site of disease.The intervention rate of nutritional risk patients was 79%.CONCLUSION There is a high incidence of nutritional risk in cancer patients in grass-roots hospitals,and there are generally unreasonable nutritional intervention.It is very important to establish and improve the nutritional risk screening system,and it is urgent to carry out targeted nutrition education.
