某地区住院患儿药学服务需求调查研究

Survey the Pharmaceutical Care Demand of Pediatric Inpatient in a Certain Area

目的 对某地区住院患儿的药学服务需求进行探索研究。方法 2017年12月至2019年12月期间对本地区1000名1个月~14岁住院患儿的陪护人发放对住院期间药物服务需求的调查问卷表,对有效合格的问卷进行整理分析。结果 发出问卷1000份,收回有效问卷956份,有效回收率为95.60%。其中男237例,占24.79%;女719例,占75.21%。97.38%被调查者平时关注过儿童用药安全问题,95.29%被调查者在小朋友平时用药时会选择儿童专用剂型的药品,90.27%被调查者会注意观察小朋友用药后可能出现的不良反应,91.84%被调查者认为住院期间开展小儿用药相关的药学服务有必要。住院期间想了解患儿的用药情况以药物治疗效果为首位,其次是用药过程中的注意事项及不良反应。结论 通过调查分析了解住院患儿陪护人的药学服务需求,不断优化本地区药学服务工作模式与流程,以提高临床药师的药学服务质量,提高公众的满意度,保障患儿住院用药安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the demand of pharmaceutical care in certain areas of pediatric inpatient.METHODS A questionnaire on pharmaceutical care demand was distributed to caregivers of 1000 children aged from 1 month to 14 years in certain areas of pediatric inpatient from December 2017 to December 2019,and the valid and qualified questionnaires were organized and analyzed.RESULTS 1000 questionnaires were sent out and 956 valid questionnaires were retrieved,the effective recovery rate is 95.60%.Among them,237 men(24.79%),719 women(75.21%).97.38%of the respondents had paid attention to the safety of children′s medication at ordinary times,95.29%of the respondents would choose drugs with children dosage forms when children used drugs at ordinary times,90.27%of the respondents would observed the possible adverse reactions after children used drugs,and 91.84%of the respondents considered that it was necessary to carry out pharmaceutical care related to children′s medication during hospitalization.The effect of drug treatment is the first priority for the caregivers who want to understand the children′s medication knowledge in hospitalization,followed by the precautions and adverse reactions during the medication process.CONCLUSION Through investigation and analysis,we learned about the caregiver′s pharmaceutical care demands in pediatric inpatient,and optimize the working mode and process of pharmaceutical care constantly in this region,so as to improve the clinical pharmacists′care quality,raise public satisfaction,and ensure drug safety of hospitalized children.
