摘要
近视已经成为全球范围内的公共卫生问题,青少年儿童近视患病率逐年增高。视网膜周边离焦理论的出现为近视防控提供了新的思路。渐进多焦点框架眼镜、多区正向光学离焦框架眼镜、高非球微透镜星空技术、多元透镜分区离焦优化技术、周边离焦设计框架眼镜、全焦点镜片和环焦镜片,运用视网膜周边离焦理论辅助矫正视网膜周边远视离焦,进而延缓近视发展和眼轴增长,在青少年儿童近视防控中起到重要作用。文章对以上七种离焦框架眼镜在青少年儿童近视矫正中的应用进展进行综述。
Myopia has become a global public health problem,which affects people’s quality of life to varying degrees.The emergence of the theory of retinal peripheral defocus provides a new idea for the prevention and control of myopia.Progressive addition lenses,defocus incorporated multiple segment,highly aspherical lenslet target,diversified segmental defocus optimization,peripheral defocus modifying lenses,full focus lenses and ring focus lenses play important roles in the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents and children by using the theory of peripheral defocus of the retina to correct peripheral hyperopic defocus of the retina,thereby delaying the development of myopia and axial length growth.This article will review the application progress of the above seven defocus lenses in the correction of myopia in adolescents and children.
