Objective:To analyze the application value of liquid-based cytology(LBC),human papillomavirus(HPV)and colposcopy in screening of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods:Patients with suspected cervical precancerous lesions who received cervical cancer screening from January 2022 to August 2023 in our center were included in the study.LBC,HPV and colposcopy were performed in turn, and the value and effect of LBC and HPV detection and colposcopy were analyzed and evaluated with pathological results as the“gold standard”.Results:①Taking pathological results as the“gold standard”,the accuracy of LBC,HPV,colposcopy,LBC+HPV+colposcopy results was 80.00%,86.00%,90.00%,98.00%,respectively,and the pair-based comparison between combined examination and single examination was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).②The results of LBC+HPV+colposcopy were basically consistent with the pathological results, and there was no significant difference in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the screening of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer, the diagnosis coincidence rate of LBC+HPV+colposcopy is high, which is basically consistent with the pathological results, can reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and provide effective reference for the prevention and early treatment of cervical cancer.
