MCC-E心肺复苏机用于急诊科心脏骤停的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of MCC-E Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Machine for Cardiac Arrest in Emergency Department

目的:探讨MCC-E心肺复苏机在急诊心脏骤停患者救治中的应用效果。方法:以2023年1月~2023年12月由本院急诊科救治的200例心脏骤停患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据心肺复苏机应用于临床的时间节点将2023年1月~6月心肺复苏机应用前收治的100例心脏骤停患者作为对照组,2023年7月~12月心肺复苏机应用后收治的100例患者作为观察组。对照组实施传统人工心肺复苏急救模式,观察组借助MCC-E心肺复苏机辅助抢救。对比两组患者生命体征恢复状况、复苏成功率和血气指标。结果:观察组患者生命体征恢复用时更短,抢救成功率高于对照组,血气指标改善状况更佳(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏骤停患者救治中应用MCC-E心肺复苏仪能提高救治时效、抢救成功率并显著改善血气指标。

Objective:To explore the application effect of MCC-E cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in the treatment of patients with emergency cardiac arrest.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 200 patients with cardiac arrest who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 was conducted.According to the time node of the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in clinical practice,100 patients with cardiac arrest admitted before the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine from January to June 2023 were used as the control group,and 100 patients admitted after the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine from July to December 2023 were used as the observation group.The control group was given traditional artificial cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid mode,and the observation group was assisted by MCC-E cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine.The recovery of vital signs,success rate of resuscitation and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of vital signs in the observation group was shorter,the success rate of rescue was higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of blood gas index was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of MCC-E cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in the treatment of patients with cardiac arrest can improve the treatment time,rescue success rate and significantly improve the blood gas index,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in clinical practice.
