妇产科规范化培训中教师模拟标准化病人的应用价值

摘要 目的分析妇产科规范化培训中教师模拟标准化病人(TSP)的应用价值。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月在山东第二医科大学附属医院妇产科接受规范化培训的33名住院医师作为对照组,实行常规教学;选取2022年6月至2023年6月在山东第二医科大学附属医院妇产科接受规范化培训的33名住院医师作为观察组,展开TSP教学。比较两组住院医师的出科成绩、实践操作水平及医患沟通能力。结果观察组住院医师规范化培训活动结束后的妇产科理论知识考核分数是(94.20±4.03)分,妇产科病例分析能力考核分数是(92.49±5.17)分,分别高于对照组的(88.29±4.70)分与(87.94±5.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院医师规范化培训活动结束后的迷你临床演练评估量表总分为(34.85±6.28)分,高于对照组的(28.02±5.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院医师规范化培训活动结束后的医患沟通技能评价量表总分为(109.02±10.23)分,高于对照组的(96.87±10.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科规范化培训中TSP的应用具有较高价值,有助于提高住院医师的出科成绩,增强其实践操作水平,同时还能促进住院医师的医患沟通能力提高。 Objective To analyze the application value of teacher standardized patient(TSP)in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 33 residents who received standardized training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the control group and received routine teaching.A total of 33 resident physicians who received standardized training in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were used as the observation group to carry out TSP teaching.The graduation score,practical operation level and doctor-patient communication ability of the two groups of residents were compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology in the observation group was(94.20±4.03)points,and the test score of case analysis ability of obstetrics and gynecology was(92.49±5.17)points,which were higher than(88.29±4.70)points and(87.94±5.65)points of the control group,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of mini-clinical evaluation exercise after the standardized training of residents in the observation group was(34.85±6.28)points,higher than(28.025.56)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of set the stage-elicit information-give information-understand the patients-end the encounter after the standardized training activities of residents in the observation group was(109.02±10.23)points,which was higher than(96.87±10.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TSP in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology is of high value,which can help to improve the performance of residents,enhance their practical operation level,and promote the improvement of the doctor-patient communication ability of residents.
