百乐眠胶囊联合血栓通、巴曲酶在突发性耳聋中的应用效果

Application effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin in sudden deafness

目的观察百乐眠胶囊联合血栓通、巴曲酶在突发性耳聋中的应用效果,为临床实践提供借鉴。方法选取2020年3月至2021年11月我院收治的86例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予巴曲酶与血栓通治疗,观察组在此基础上给予百乐眠胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、听力阈值、焦虑情绪、睡眠质量、血液流变学指标以及用药安全性。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的听力阈值、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血浆黏度、全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度以及血细胞比容明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应(嗜睡、胃肠道不适、情绪异常、头晕)总发生率为6.98%,显著低于对照组的23.26%(P<0.05)。结论百乐眠胶囊联合血栓通、巴曲酶可明显提高突发性耳聋患者的听力阈值,改善其血液流变学指标、焦虑情绪和睡眠质量,促进患者恢复身心健康。

Objective To observe the application effect of Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin in sudden deafness,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 86 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with batroxobin and Xueshuantong,and the observation group was treated with Bailemian capsule on this basis.The clinical efficacy,hearing threshold,anxiety,sleep quality,hemorheological indexes and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 79.07%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear reduction viscosity,whole blood low shear reduction viscosity and hematocrit in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(drowsiness,gastrointestinal discomfort,abnormal mood and dizziness)in the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailemian capsule combined with Xueshuantong and batroxobin can significantly elevate the hearing threshold of patients with sudden deafness,improve hemorheological indexes,anxiety and sleep quality,and promote the recovery of physical and mental health of patients.
