腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌肠梗阻患者炎性因子水平及应激指标的影响

Effects of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factor levels and stress indicators in patients with colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction

目的探讨腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌肠梗阻患者炎性因子水平及应激指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2022年6月我院收治的40例结直肠癌肠梗阻患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组实施开腹手术治疗,研究组实施腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及皮质醇(Cor)水平低于对照组(p<0.05)。研究组的术后首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(p<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌肠梗阻的效果显著,诱发的机体炎症应激反应极为轻微,且术后恢复快。

Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factor levels and stress indicators in patients with colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,and the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative first anal exhaust time,the first time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer with intestinal obstruction,has minimal inflammatory stress response and fast postoperative recovery.
