针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果及对患者面部温度、面部神经功能的影响

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis andits influences on facial temperature and facial nerve function

目的研究针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果及对患者面部温度、面部神经功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年2月至2020年2月收治的123例周围性面瘫患者,依据治疗方法将其分为针灸治疗组(63例,针灸治疗)、药物治疗组(60例,常规药物治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,针灸治疗组的健侧温度、患侧温度及两侧温度差均低于药物治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,针灸治疗组的面部神经功能、躯体功能评分均高于药物治疗组,社会生活功能评分低于药物治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针灸治疗组的治疗总有效率、满意度高于药物治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果显著,可调节面部温度,改善面部神经功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis and its influences on facial temperature and facial nerve function.Methods A total of 123 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group(63 cases,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment)and drug treatment group(60 cases,conventional drug treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the temperature of the healthy side,the temperature of the affected side and the temperature difference between the two sides in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were lower than those in the drug treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of facial nerve function and physical function in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were higher than those in the drug treatment group,the score of social life function was lower than that in the drug treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were higher than those of the drug treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has significant effect,it can adjust facial temperature and improve facial nerve function,which is worth promoting in clinic.
