桃红四物汤联合正骨理筋手法+夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折术后患者疼痛程度及肢体功能的影响

Effects of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with bonesetting and tendon manipulation+splint external fixation on pain degree and limb function of patients with distal radius fracture after operation

目的探讨桃红四物汤联合正骨理筋手法+夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折术后患者疼痛程度及肢体功能的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年10月我院收治的82例桡骨远端骨折术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用正骨理筋手法+夹板外固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桃红四物汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)和肿胀程度评分低于对照组,Cooney腕关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度及全血低切黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)及转化生子因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤联合正骨理筋手法+夹板外固定能够减轻桡骨远端骨折术后患者疼痛与肿胀程度,促进腕关节功能恢复,改善血液流变学,增加骨折修复因子分泌。

Objective To explore the effects of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with bonesetting and tendon manipulation+splint external fixation on pain degree and limb function of patients with distal radius fracture after operation.Methods A total of 82 patients with distal radius fractures after operation treated in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bonesetting and tendon manipulation+splint external fixation,and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and swelling degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Cooney wrist function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood middle shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with bonesetting and tendon manipulation+splint external fixation can reduce the pain and swelling degree of patients with distal radius fracture after operation,promote the recovery of wrist joint function,improve hemorheology,and increase the secretion of fracture repair factors.
