Roy适应模式结合延续性护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果及对GSES评分的影响

Application effect of Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on GSES score

目的探讨Roy适应模式结合延续性护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果及对自我效能感量表(GSES)评分的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月在本院接受治疗的84例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组院内护理基础上行Roy适应模式结合延续性护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的抑郁、焦虑评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的简易罗伊应对适应量表(CAPS-15)、GSES评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的干预总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Roy适应模式结合延续性护理可改善异常子宫出血患者的情绪状况、心理适应能力及自我效能,提升自我管理能力,干预效果较好,值得在临床中推广及应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score.Methods A total of 84 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing on the basis of in-hospital nursing in the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Coping Adaptation Processing Scale(CAPS-15)and GSES in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation model combined with continuous nursing can improve the emotional status,psychological adaptability and self-efficacy of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,improve self-management ability,and the intervention effect is better,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
