基于预警评分的预见性护理干预在开放性骨折术后切口感染中的预防作用及对炎性因子水平的影响

Preventive effect of predictive nursing intervention based on early warning score on incision infection after open fracture surgery and its influences on the levels of inflammatory factors

目的探究基于预警评分的预见性护理干预在开放性骨折术后切口感染中的预防作用及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2021年10月我院收治的80例开放性骨折术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于预警评分的预见性护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的切口感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的核因子-κB(NF-κB)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)及白细胞介素-32(IL-32)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于预警评分的预见性护理干预在开放性骨折术后护理中的效果理想,可调节患者炎性因子水平,预防切口感染,降低并发症发生率,缩短骨折愈合时间。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing intervention based on early warning score on incision infection after open fracture surgery and its influences on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing open fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group received predictive nursing intervention based on early warning score on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and interleukin-32(IL-32)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention based on early warning score has an ideal effect in postoperative nursing of open fracture,it can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors,prevent incision infection,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the healing time of fracture.
