Due to the work pressure,communication barriers and other factors in intensive care unit(ICU),it is easy to lead to the lack of humanistic care and patient communication skills of some ICU standardized training doctors,which affects the doctorpatient relationship.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of medical humanistic quality of ICU standardized training doctors,and to elaborate the importance of medical humanistic quality for ICU standardized training doctors.It is expected to improve the medical humanistic quality of ICU standardized training doctors,enhance the doctor-patient relationship,improve patient satisfaction,and lay the foundation for the improvement of med ical service quality.
