利培酮联合齐拉西酮对老年精神分裂症患者心理状态改善及认知功能影响研究

Effect of Risperidone combined with Ziprasidone on improvement of mental state and cognitive function in elderly patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮联合齐拉西酮对老年精神分裂症患者心理状态改善及认知功能的影响。方法选取2022年2月-2023年2月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的65例精神分裂症老年患者,作为此次联合用药对照单一用药方式治疗老年精神分裂疾病的研究对象。参与研究患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,单一组31例(予以利培酮治疗),联合组34例(予以利培酮联合齐拉西酮治疗)。比较两组患者PASS量表评分(分别是阴性、阳性、常规精神症状)、MCCB量表评分(认知功能)、PSP量表评分(社会功能)、心理状态。结果治疗后,联合组阴性、阳性、常规精神症状评分明显低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组认知功能都得到了明显改善,与单一组相比,联合组结果更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组社会功能取得较大进步,但相较于单一组,联合组评分更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组的心理状态改善情况明显优于单一组(P<0.05);不论是联合用药组患者,还是单一用药组患者均未出现严重不良反应,患者进行常规心电图、血常规、肾功能以及每日血糖检验等均未出现明显异常(P>0.05)。结论利培酮联合齐拉西酮治疗老年精神分裂症患者,能有效提高患者认知功能,效果显著,对于体质偏差的老年患者来说安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Risperidone combined with Ziprasidone on the improvement of mental state and cognitive function in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty-five elderly patients with schizophrenia who received treatment in the author’s hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the objects of this study on the treatment of senile schizophrenia by combination medication versus single medication.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,31 cases in single group and 34 cases in combination group.The single group was treated with Risperidone,and the combination group was treated with Risperidone combined with Ziprasidone.The PASS scale(negative,positive,conventional mental symptoms),MCCB scale(cognitive function),PSP scale(social function)and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the negative,positive and conventional psychiatric symptom scores in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function of both groups was significantly improved,and the result of combination group was more obvious than that of single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function of the two groups improved significantly,but the score of the combined group was more significant than that of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of mental state in the combined group was significantly better than that in the single group(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in either the combination group or the single drug group,and no significant abnormalities were found in routine electrocardiogram,blood routine,renal function and daily blood glucose test(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with Ziprasidone in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia,can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients,the effect is significant,high safety for the elderly with physical bias,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
