SGLT-2抑制剂治疗慢性心衰患者的有效性和安全性

Efficacy and safety of SGLT-2 inhibitors in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探究与分析SGLT-2抑制剂治疗慢性心衰患者的有效性和安全性。方法选取江苏盛泽医院自2020年4月-2023年2月收治的慢性心衰患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各80例,两组均采取常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在其基础上加用SGLT-2治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月,对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标,同时观察治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组与对照组相比,临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组相比,LVEDD值较低、LVEF值较高、SV值较高、6MWD值较高,MDA值较低、SOD值较高、GSH-Px值较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间无明显的不良反应。结论在常规药物基础上增加SGLT-2治疗慢性心衰,可获得显著的临床疗效,有效改善心功能以及氧化应激指标,且治疗期间无明显不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and safety of SGLT-2 inhibitor in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Method A total of 160 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional anti-heart failure treatment,and the observation group received SGLT-2 treatment on the basis of it.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months,and the clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions during treatment were also observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had lower LVEDD value,higher LVEF value,higher SV value,higher 6MWD value,lower MDA value,higher SOD value and higher GSH-Px value,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The application of SGLT-2 on the basis of conventional drugs in the treatment of chronic heart failure can obtain significant clinical efficacy,effectively promote the improvement of cardiac function and oxidative stress indexes,and there are no obvious adverse reactions during treatment,and the safety is high.
