综合管理方案预防卒中后吞咽障碍患者卒中相关性肺炎的临床研究

Clinical study of a comprehensive management program to prevent strokerelated pneumonia in patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders

目的探究卒中后吞咽障碍患者应用综合管理方案预防相关性肺炎的作用。方法将太仓市第一人民医院自2022年10月-2023年9月收治的160例患者纳入研究。采用盲摸双色球法均分为实验组、参照组,每组各80例。参照组行一般护理,实验组加用综合管理方案护理。比较两组的相关性肺炎发生情况、吞咽功能。结果实验组相关性肺炎发生情况、吞咽功能均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论综合管理方案能够预防卒中后吞咽障碍患者的卒中相关性肺炎发生,提高吞咽功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the role of applying a comprehensive management protocol to prevent stroke-related pneumonia in patients with post-stroke swallowing disorders.Methods 160 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were included in the study.The blind touch method was divided into experimental group and reference group,with 80 cases each.According to the group of general nursing,the experimental group with a comprehensive management program nursing.The occurrence of related pneumonia and swallowing function were compared between the two groups.Results The occurrence of pneumonia and swallowing function in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management plan can prevent the occurrence of stroke-related pneumonia in patients with post-stroke swallowing disorder and improve the swallowing function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
