一侧可斜支的四支柱支架整体力学分析

摘要 以自主设计出的一侧可斜支四支柱支架为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的一侧可斜支四支柱支架整体力学分析方法。首先,将支架系统各模块相关参数添加到ADAMS软件内,并将各模块组装到一起,然后将支架传输给ANSYS软件,由ANSYS软件对模型划分网格,并从多种工况角度出发,自动模拟分析支架整体受力情况,以此寻找出支架中的薄弱点,为该支架结构进一步优化提供支持,提升该支架在煤矿井下作业的应用效果。 Take the independently designed four-pillar bracket with inclined support on one side as an example,introduce a mechanical analysis method based on finite element analysis of the overall mechanical analysis of the four-pillar bracket with inclined support on one side.Firstly,the relevant parameters of each module of the stent system are added to ADAMS software,and each module is assembled together,and then the stent is transferred to ANSYS software,which divides the mesh of the model and automatically simulates and analyzes the overall stress of the stent from the perspective of various working conditions,so as to find out the weak point of the stent,provide support for the stent's structure to further optimize,and enhance the application of the stent in coal mine operation.The application effect of this bracket in underground coal mine operation is improved.
